Elizabeth Carmichael is an attorney by trade, and currently serves as Ranch Manager at Bear Mountain Ranch. She enjoys combining her legal career with newly developed entrepreneurial skills. At Bear Mountain Ranch, she is fully responsible for Risk Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, Marketing & Sales, Personnel and Budget. Since joining Bear Mountain Ranch, Elizabeth feels there has been a significant improvement in all of the areas in her life.

Athena Lee

Athena Lee, born in the Philippines, had an active interest in shooting sports starting at the age of 13. She migrated to the United States and now resides in Katy, TX. When Athena isn’t at the gun range or traveling across the country (or the world, for that matter) for handgun matches, she is an independent contractor for an oil and gas company doing land work for them.

Cindy is currently on the Board for the WOMA and serves as Treasurer.
Formerly a software company executive, Cindy Noyes currently works for GLOCK, located outside Atlanta, Ga., as a rangemaster and firearms instructor. Since 1988, Cindy has participated in United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) competitions. She has won numerous Georgia and area championship ladies’ titles. At the national level, she has placed among the top eight ladies in several handgun divisions. She is also an avid competitor in three-gun competitions, enjoying the combination of pistol, rifle and shotgun.

Chosen in 2010 as the International Hunter Education Assoc.’s Volunteer Instructor of the Year, Rhonda finds herself not relishing in the glory but instead attempting to reach higher goals – enlighten more people, get more training and spread more words. She’s a freelance writer, an Area Chief of Hunter Education for TPWD, a Training Counselor for the NRA, an NAA Basic Archery Instructor and an avid crusader in combat against what she calls ‘Nature Deficit Disorder’.

Born in the small mountain town of Durango, Colorado, twin sisters Tracy and Lanny Barnes grew up with a love of the outdoors. With their older sister Christie they tried every possible outdoor activity and spent countless hours exploring the mountains. Their dad took them hunting and fishing and taught them to shoot, first with a bow and suction-cup arrows, then later with rifles and shotguns.

Cathy Williams

Cathy is the President and Owner of CMG Marketing & Events. Her previous career experience includes working for a Fortune 100 company for 25 years as well as working as the Director of Communications for the oldest company in the world.
Cathy is also involved with cancer prevention, especially in the area of breast cancer. She and her daughters recently completed the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Washington, DC. She was also involved with Girls Scouts of America for nearly 15 years as the local service unit Public Relations Manager. Read more
Georgette Wood

Georgette Wood was born in the small town of Indiana, Pennsylvania. As a child, she often went fishing for rainbow trout with her father, a great lover of the outdoors. When she was older, he also took her to explore the woods and scout for deer. On their first hunting expedition when she was 14, he shot a deer and she was crushed. Since then, Georgette, now married to Rick, an avid outdoorsman and her outdoors mentor, has learned to hunt and to shoot a handgun. In 2008, she killed her first deer–without shedding any tears this time. In 2010 She shot her first antelope and her first six point buck.

As a 5th generation Texan, Anginette was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age. She is an indoor and outdoor girl, and enjoys the shooting sports (especially shotgun), upland & wetland bird hunting, fly fishing, modern arts and music. In all her spare time, Anginette’s a mortgage banker. Her joy is her family; husband Mark and Boxer Allie.
Maggie Reese

Maggie Reese started shooting sports when she was 18 years old. Her dad took her to her first pistol match, and now she is a two-time national champion in multi-gun, Ladies captain of the Surefire Team, and appearing on Season 2 of Top Shot.
