Female-friendly fishing fun

It’s just what we do. Loreto, Mexico (on the Gulf of California in Baja Sur) has been calling us, so here we are fishing for whatever will strike our baits and lures. My husband Al and I have caught yellowtail, dorado (mahi-mahi), sierra mackerel, roosterfish and many, many other species. The weather has been perfect and the guide right on.

If you ever want to take this trip, contact Mike Day at 602-625-0402 or mike@huitesbassclub.com. Al met him when he booked a largemouth bass fishing trip to Huites Lake, Mexico, and found out there are many other fishing opportunities south of the border.

This trip has offered a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy fishing in an environment friendly to the ladies as well as the guys—we had a head on the boat, good food, and the boat is covered so my crow’s feet didn’t get sunburned!
